THE NAM VALLEY: Around 03.00 on Thursday night, the police received reports of noise from russ in Grong. This is said to have happened specifically outside Rema 1000. This was to prove to be nothing long-lasting, so no patrol was sent to the scene.
Just before 04:00 the police received a report about a lynx that had been hit by a train. Viltnemda was informed shortly after the incident.
– Otherwise, it has been a quiet night for the police, says operations manager at Trøndelag police district Maya Sagen.
The weather
It looks like it will be another day of fine weather in Namdalen today. It is reported to be partly cloudy, with a chance of rain at the start of the day, but this should change to fine weather later in the day.
So no need to hang around, it’s fine to stay outdoors today too.
Traffic announcements
On the stretch between Stormyrbekken in Namsskogan and Øvermoen i Grungy E6 is still being developed.
Between Storbrudalen i Grungy and Fossmyra along the E6 in Grong, there will be roadworks today.
On E6 i Namsskogan specifically the Tunnsjøelvbrua, there is road work with lighting control on site.
On fv. 6928 on Utvorda i Flat Tanger today is the last day of road work on site.
Between Sælkhylla in Overhalla and Fv 40, Oppdal i Overhaul will there be a closed road.
Along Fv. 7132 between Kvennhusfossen on Play and Løvå there will be road work today.
