-Arizona turned South Dakota over 24 times for its third game this season forcing at least 20 turnovers.

– The Wildcats blocked 20 shots throughout the Battle4Atlantis, seven of which came during the win over South Dakota.

-Five different players had at least one block on the day. Maya Nnaji duck Breya Cunningham each had two while Esmery Martinez, Helena Pueyo duck Salimatou Kourouma swatted one.

-Arizona prevented South Dakota from scoring any fast-break points.

– The Wildcats led in every specialty stat for the second game this season.

Helena Pueyo has the most steals in the nation this season with 28. She ranks eighth among active DI players in career steals with 230.

Sure Williams had a career day with 13 points. The freshman made three assists and had one steal as well.

Esmery Martinez led Arizona with 14 points and eight rebounds. She had four steals for the third time this season.

Skylar Jones posted a career high with eight points on 3-of-4 shooting. The freshman pulled down two rebounds, and made one assist and steal.

Breya Cunningham had seven rebounds, four offensive, for her third-straight game with at least six boards. She had two blocks and has posted a block in six of Arizona’s seven games this season.

Isis Beh went 2-of-4 from the field to add four points for the Cats in addition to two rebounds and a steal.
