Sparta Sarpsborg, Ice Hockey | Isak Hansen lost to Sparta

--

Isak Hansen has taken advantage of a clause he has in his contract with the Brevik club. It states that the back can break with Sparta by May 15 under given conditions.

– Isak has done nothing but follow what is in the contract. I have had it in the back of my mind that something like this could happen, admits Jonas Holøs to Sarpsborg Arbeiderblad.

– You could say that this is one of the disadvantages of having players in the WC, he continues.

Allsvenskan club

It is not yet public which club Isak Hansen will play for in the 2024/25 season.

– He has gone to an all-Swedish club, Jonas Holøs can reveal.

This means that the WC defender’s career continues at the second best level in Sweden.

Twisted market

Sparta must go to the market to find Isak Hansen’s replacement. Jonas Holøs admits that it will not be an easy job.

– We have to see what is possibly available for the price we can match. I think it might take some time. In any case, there won’t be a signing anytime soon, he believes.

– At the same time, this means that we may have to give our young defenders even more confidence. We have some in the club. For example, Anders Meisingset has previously shown that he can deliver at the level we want, concludes Sparta’s sporting director Jonas Holøs.
