Just over a month ago, former Frp politician Per Sandberg wrote in an SMS to Nettavisen that he was considering selling the house.

Now the home in Halden is for sale. With the purchase, you can get an entire evening with Sandberg.

“Per Sandberg invites you to an all-night party with the buyer of the home. One of Halden’s largest and finest houses”, says the property advertisement which is now out on Finn.no.

Sandberg confirms to Nettavisen that the house is for sale.

– I see you invite the buyer to an all-nighter if that is desired. Would you like to say a little about why you do it, and what an all-nighter with Per Sandberg entails?

– Only to try something new. An all-night buyer/seller must find out, writes Sandberg in an SMS to Nettavisen, followed by a laughing emoji.

The place has a living area of 312 square meters (primary room) and five bedrooms. The plot is 1469 square meters. The price is set at almost five million kroner.

– It’s a fantastic house, but I don’t need all that space, Sandberg told Nettavisen in April.

Halden became the new hometown of Per Sandberg (63) and his ex-girlfriend Bahareh Letnes (33) in 2019. The house, which was built in 1969, is located in the Gimle area of Halden.

Sandberg and Letnes opened Grand Bar together in Halden in 2020, but last year the news came that the couple had decided to go their separate ways, after five years as lovers.

It became known that it was Letnes who was to take over the day-to-day running of the bar, despite the fact that Sandberg was still to be part of the company.
