Linda Moldal Andersen, lives in the former fire station at Grefsen, and has years of experience in bringing out talents in theater and musicals!

She has her roots from Cap a Pied, which was run by Håvard and Turid Engell for over 20 years in Marsveien and now at Den Norske Ballettskole & Akademi, which carries on the tradition.

In the summer, Linda creates a fantastic atmosphere at theater summer school, in the week of 32/5.-9. August, where everyone aged 10-16 gets top follow-up and gets to show off their talents in a final performance!

Linda is a master in her field, so you don’t want to miss this! She also teaches regularly for a high-level musical group aged 13-18. Many are musical artists today because of the good teaching they receive!

Spring has finally arrived, and most parents have started thinking about the summer holidays. What can the children come up with this summer, especially you who are between the ages of around 9-16?

There are several offers to choose from, and one that may tempt many is the summer school in musicals and theatre. Linda Moldal Andersen is one of the instructors who will hold such a course this summer. It is the 3rd year that such a course has been organized at Den Norske Ballettskole & Akademi, and the course has become very popular.

The Norwegian Ballet School & Academy passes on Cap a Pied and the tradition lives on in that way in the best of health!

Linda has 18 years of experience in musical and theater summer school for children and young people. She usually works at Hartvig Nissen vgs. on the drama line, and at Den Norske Ballettskole & Akademi as an instructor for the musical group there.

The instructor’s dream was lit when she previously worked at Cap a Pied, which was run by Håvard and Turid Engell for over 20 years in Marsveien in Kjelsås. Now the school is continued by the Norwegian Ballet School and Academy.

The course this summer will be held in beautiful premises at Grenseveien 32 A, approx. 10 minutes’ drive from Kjelsås, and everyone aged approx. 10-16 is welcome.

It is suitable for both boys and girls, and adapts to both those with and without experience. Linda clarifies that everyone should feel both mastery and the joy of learning something new. The days are filled with dancing, singing and theatre. But also stage fight and acrobatics. Everyone should be able to use their creativity and experience the joy of creation.

We emphasize the social aspect, so that everyone feels safe. We have a costume warehouse filled with nice costumes, and at the end of the week parents and friends are invited to a great performance.

The other instructor for the course is Mathilde Dahle Hartviksen, who also works as a drama teacher at vgs.

“We work well together and are looking forward to this week,” says Linda.

“This is an offer we could have wished for when we were young. A great offer, and also a great chance to try something new. It can be a taster for those who may not have tried musicals and theater before? Registration is open at www.dnbs.no – secure your place now. Welcome”
