Approved amendment to zoning plan

In its meeting on 14 November 2023, the planning committee approved minor changes to zoning plans in accordance with sections 12-14 of the Planning and Building Act

• File case ID: 23/30290 – Amendment of the zoning plan for Sandvold, following a simplified process
  (Plan ID: 200929).
• Archive case ID 23/33645 – Amendment of the zoning plan for Faret-Nordby following a simplified process
  (Plan ID 201206).

The municipal board’s decision can be appealed to the State Administrator in Vestfold and Telemark within 3 weeks of this announcement, cf. Section 12-12 of the Planning and Building Act and Section 32 of the Administration Act.

The complaint is sent in writing with reference to the Archive Case ID to Larvik municipality, business area plan, Postbox 2020, 3255 LARVIK or to [email protected]
The landowner’s right to claim redemption pursuant to § 15-2 of the Planning and Building Act and compensation for loss pursuant to § 15-3, cf. Section 42 of the Administration Act must be presented no later than 3 years after the announcement.

We draw particular attention to the right to appeal, and ask that no action be taken before the appeal deadline has expired. The landowner/developer must therefore contact the Area Plan business after the appeal deadline has expired in order to clarify whether any appeal may have an impact on the implementation of measures.

Regulatory plans for public inspection

The following proposals for zoning plans with associated provisions have been put out for public inspection:

• Regulation plan for the Mellomåsen yttefelt at Eidsten, part of gbn 4103/11 (Archive case ID 23/362)

The planning committee considered the proposals at a meeting on 14 November 2023. In accordance with Section 12-10 of the Planning and Building Act, the proposals have been put out for public inspection in the Planning Dialogue.
