– We have already set up a meeting to ensure better communication between the department in question and the exam section, and to get full clarity on what went wrong and why, writes vice-rector for education Stig Tenold in an email to Khrono.

When the students were to download the exam from the digital platform the college uses, Wiseflow, an incorrect version had been entered.

Not until there were 45 minutes left until the delivery deadline were they told they had to reload the page to access the correct version.

Several students had answered the wrong questions, and did not manage to change their answers within the deadline.

Tenold says a new version was prepared and uploaded between 9.00 and 9.01 when the exam started, when the exam had already started.

– Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between employees about who should send out the information. When we became aware of it, a message was sent out, writes Tenold.

NHH offers the relevant candidates to take the exam again on 17 August.
