On Thursday evening, drag artist Kai Thomas Larsen (38), also known as Skrellex, shares the sad news that he has lost his father.
“The nicest dad in the world fell asleep today. Thank you for everything you have taught me and given me,” he writes to his followers on his private Instagram, to several photos of his father.

Skrellex further writes that he couldn’t have had a better dad, and describes his father as a boor and joy spreader without equal.
“Mum and I really appreciate all the love, but now need some time for ourselves,” he writes.

The boyfriend breaks the silence
Larsen writes in an SMS to Se og Hør that he does not have much else to say beyond what is written under the pictures.
“I was lucky to end up with a dad as a dad,” he writes.
As mentioned, Kai Thomas Larsen is known as Skrellex, and has participated in both MGP, “Sistemann ut” and “Camp Kulinaris” to name a few.
