Nettavisen: Saturday’s Gullruten award ceremony in Grieghallen was the first time Tuva Fellman (36) appeared on the red carpet after she was diagnosed with breast cancer last autumn.

She was diagnosed with cancer during her second pregnancy, and has undergone several treatments.

– There have been many ups and downs. But now I’m through the worst of it and it feels really good. But it’s been quite a year, you could say that, Fellman said frankly to Nettavisen on Saturday.

The feedback is pouring in

The 36-year-old shared a photo of herself and her husband from the red carpet on Saturday night. Tributes poured in in the comments section.

“Damn father, Tuva! What a role model you are. Hope the evening will be at least as wonderful and beautiful as you are”, read one of the many comments.

When Nettavisen caught up with Fellman again on Monday evening during the launch of the new streaming service “Max”, she was able to announce that the response is very well received.

– Absolutely incredibly nice. It has been so nice and touching and emotional. There are many nice comments, but there are also many who share their stories, says Fellman to Nettavisen.

Especially the personal stories that were shared go deep into the 36-year-old.

– It is simply incredibly emotional to hear. There have been good days, she says.

– I think it’s a bit fancy

The reason why the married couple appear for the press only two days after the Gullruten award ceremony is, as mentioned, to participate in the launch of the new streaming service “Max”.

HBO Max and Discovery+ have joined forces and collected all content on one common streaming platform.

This means that “Naked Attraction Norway”, where Fellman is the presenter, will be available on the same streaming platform as blockbusters such as “Succession” and “Game of Thrones”.

– It’s safe to say that you think it’s a bit fancy? That “Naked Attraction” should be next to “Succession”, I think is quite cool, says Fellmann.

– It can make you giggle, adds Brede-Aase.

From 21 May, the new streaming service will be operational.
