Liva Ingebrigtsen explains the absence: – Had to take a break from everything

Liva Ingebrigtsen (27), who is married to Henrik Ingebrigtsen (33), tells on Friday on Instagram why she has been away from social media lately.

“There are a lot of you who have noticed that I haven’t been logged in lately, and it’s simply because I had to take a little break from everything,” she writes on her Instagram story.

Furthermore, Liva explains that she has put on too much weight over too long a period, and that suddenly her body said stop.

“Now I focus on calming down and thinking about as little as possible. It’s getting better and I will slowly but surely post more and more because I really enjoy this and all of you,” she continues.

Liva further writes that she must find a new normal, which is sustainable over time.

“I’m a yes person and would rather be involved in everything, take everything in with me and not disappoint anyone, but it doesn’t work well in the long run,” she writes.

Liva Ingebrigtsen has over 85,000 followers on Instagram. The last time she published something on the photo-sharing service was April 21.

In addition to Liva taking a break, there has been a storm around the Ingebrigtsen family recently after the athletics coach and running dad Gjert Ingebrigtsen was prosecuted by the police for abuse in close relationships.

Gjert Ingebrigtsen is accused of violating section 282 of the Criminal Code, which applies to abuse in close relationships, against one of the victims in the case. He himself does not plead guilty.

Liva does not write anything about this in her post.
